About Urban Nest Property Solutions

Urban Nest Property Solutions was founded by Ben Gyles and Silvia Costa with a simple belief: the right home can provide the foundation for a better life.

We work as property partners to the care sector, connecting care and support providers with suitable property opportunities while building relationships with landlords, property professionals and organisations across the sector.

Our ambition is to help 100 people into stable, suitable homes over the next four years, with a focus on creating homes that support positive life pathways beyond the property itself.
